It was such a treat and a relief to have my hair looked after, and assessed by Mr. Faiz. He is a deeply courteous professional who understood that I wasn't totally sure what I wanted; and helped guide me to a fantastic solution. Happier with my hair now then I have been in years. Truly this was next level service; we're so lucky to have him on our doorstep.
